Our application occasionally throws an ASP.NET error (event 1309 in Windows Application log) that references Nick's user profile.  Of course, Nick doesn't work here!  Below is the error message.  Nick (or anyone else), do you have an idea what might be happening here and how to fix it?  The errors don't appear to impact the application, but I wouldn't mind seeing them go away.  Thanks!
